By now, you have completed your purchase contract, you have organized your financing (if applicable), spent some time with your Home Planner choosing various home detail components, and you have made your design choices with most suppliers. Now it’s time for us to bring it all together with construction. In addition to your Milestone Handbook, these FAQs may answer some questions you have as they arise.

Lee Ann Fries is your first point of contact during construction, followed by your designated site superintendent.
A tentative date will be given around framing tour and a firm date will be given no less than 30 days before possession which is usually after cabinets have been installed.

No, each home and each site will have its own unique situations that occur.
There are 4 scheduled tours throughout the build. Two with the site super in which a 1 hour time slot will be allotted and two with the sales person.
All monies are due as per the terms of your contract. ( please see contract)
Can be added to your mortgage if you qualify for that change. As we are not privy to your financial details it is your responsibility to request an amendment to the price and forward to your financial institution.
You will receive a confirmation possession date as well as the time for your new home orientation.
