Key Influence

Martin McKee, founder, company builder and management mentor, believed strongly in building quality homes, as evidenced by his frequently heard "It's not finished until it's done right." Martin carried years of experience in the construction industry from Ireland through Calgary-based development companies to the founding of McKee Homes Ltd. in 1987, and on through the company's subsequent growth into a major Airdrie builder.

Principals
Elaine McKee-Doel, president and co-owner of McKee Homes, has a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a Certified Master Builder.

Grace McKee-Howell, senior home planner, chief estimator and a co-owner of McKee Homes, will guide you through the many decisions you will need to make to create the home you desire. Grace has a Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering Diploma in addition to her many years of experience as a home planner.

Rob Doel is director of sales for McKee Homes. Rob also owns Manor Real Estate, exclusive realtor for McKee Homes in Airdrie and area. Rob ensures our sales team has the knowledge and the ability to answer your questions, and to help you choose the home that will best suit your needs. Rob is a real estate broker and a Certified Master Builder.

Construction
Our site superintendent and assistants will ensure your home is built in a timely fashion, adhering to the quality guidelines that have secured our reputation as a high quality, caring builder. Our experienced site manager has many years of construction experience and is committed to the corporate vision of quality as paramount importance.

Elaine McKee Doel works alongside our site superintendent and site managers to ensure your home meets the guidelines we have set and is your contact during the period of construction.

Service
Our service administrator will coordinate any questions, concerns, or problems you may encounter during your warranty period. When you move into your new home, this will be your assigned warranty service contact.

Many of the trades we employ have been with our company since inception in 1987, and many more in excess of seven years. They are professionals in their field and we are proud to work with some of the best trades in the industry today.
