Martin McKee, founder, company builder and management mentor, believed strongly in building quality homes, as evidenced by his frequently heard, "It's not finished until it's done right." Martin carried years of experience in the construction industry from Ireland through Calgary-based development companies to the founding of McKee Homes Ltd. in 1987, and on through the company's subsequent growth into a major Airdrie builder. A deep believer in community and giving back, Martin was honoured many times for his lasting contributions to the city of Airdrie.

Principals
Elaine McKee-Doel, president and co-owner of McKee Homes, ensures every McKee home meets the exceptional standards of construction and service that have secured our reputation as a high quality, caring builder. Elaine, a Certified Master Builder with a Bachelor of Arts degree, works directly with every McKee homebuyer during the period of construction.

Grace McKee, senior home planner, chief estimator and a co-owner of McKee Homes, will guide you through the many decisions you will need to make to create the home you desire. Grace has a Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering Diploma in addition to her many years of experience as a home planner.

Rob Doel is director of sales for McKee Homes. Rob also owns Manor Real Estate, exclusive realtor for McKee Homes in Airdrie and area. A real estate broker and Certified Master Builder, Rob ensures our sales team has the knowledge and expertise to best support you in the process of choosing and buying your new home.

Sales
Jacquie Brown, sales manager, heads a team of knowledgeable and experienced professionals, dedicated to helping you choose and build the home that's just right for you. Jacquie brings 14 years of experience in real estate and new home sales—and many more years in board management, training and public speaking—to the management and development of McKee's sales team.

Construction
Rory Winslow, construction manager, oversees McKee's construction projects, trades, and our team of site superintendents and assistants, ensuring McKee's high standards of quality and integrity are met in a timely way at every stage in the construction process. A journeyman carpenter with more than 30 years' experience in Airdrie's construction industry, Rory is currently completing the Master Builder program.

When you move into your new home, our service administrator will be your key contact for any questions, concerns or problems you may encounter during your warranty period.
