When you choose McKee Homes, you may select from three different specifications—Impact, Designer and Signature. You will find all specifications have advantages that will be important to your home.

For example, we believe that with the rising costs of energy, there are many areas in the home that can be designed to save you money in the long term. You will find many efficiency features in our homes that will be of benefit to you.

Our specifications are the recipe we use to build your home, and so we continually research new and improved construction techniques and products to include in our homes, to ensure we're providing the best possible value for you, our client.

Home Specifications

Impact Series
Our first specification provides you with a home that has more benefits than most. From a maintenance-free exterior to floating slab garage floors, this specification will create a home you will be proud of for years to come.

Designer Series
The comfort, convenience and efficiency of every McKee home is enhanced in our Designer specification with a range of features including granite countertops, French doors, Solar GAIN windows and built-in recycling bins. Select Designer models meet Built Green Bronze standards.

Signature Series
As McKee Homes' "signature," this specification provides homeowners with comfort and energy efficiency encompassing many unique energy-saving and design features. Select Signature models meet Built Green Gold standards.
